Assuming you mean (1/1+sin 0)+(1/1-sin 0), then we have to first remember that the sin of 0 is 0. The expression would now be (1/1+0)+(1/1-0), which is also just (1/1)+(1/1) or 1+1. This comes out to 2, so the expression can be evaluated as 2.
