hello :
b/a = (3-2i)/(2+i)
      =
(3-2i)(2-i)/(2+i)(2-i)
      = (3-2i)(2-i)/(2²-i²) .......i² = -1
      = (6-3i-4i -2)/5
      =(4 -7i)/5
b/a = (4/5)-(7/5) i
