in vertex form the  parabola would be:-

y = a(x - 3)^2 + 2   where a is some constant

If you plug in the other point:- x = 1 and y = 5  you can find value of a:_

5 =  4a + 2
4a = 3
a = 3/4

so the equation is y = (3/4)(x - 3)^2 + 2
