Cone Volume = (π • r² • h) ÷ 3

radius^2 = 3 * cone volume / PI * height

radius^2 = 3 * 423.9 / 3.14159 * 5

radius^2 = 80.9590048351

radius = 8.9977222026

rounds to 9
