Answer: -1/3x

Use slope formula:
m = (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1); Numbers are subscripts
Plug in values:
m = (2 - 0) / (-4 - 2)
m = 2/-6
m = -1/3

Place in equation
y = mx+b
y = m(-1/3x)+b
