Standard temperature and pressure, STP stands for standard temperature and pressure and it is at a temperature of 0 degrees Celsius or at 273 Kelvin and at a pressure of 101.325 kPa or 1 atm. For gases, at this temperature it was established that for every one mol of a gas it is equivalent to 22.414 Liters.
