Try this option (this is not the only way!):
1. the rule: if 'number_1' - 'number_2' > 0, then number_1>number_2. If 'number_1'-'number_2'<0, then number_2>number_1.
2. according to the rule above: 9.36-9.359=0.001. 0.001>0, it means, 9.36>9.359.
